I may sound like a disgruntled patron but pull aside a current employee or two and they will support the view I've shared. My win loss statement shows me upside down by thousands and I can't remember the last time the machines paid out a medium size jackpot (oh maybe I do, when it was the Hard Rock). A domestic bottle is $5 and liquor will run you $10. They increased beverage prices and eliminated all food credits. Everyone realizes the pandemic would affect business but MGM seems to have taken this as an opportunity to gouge it's patrons. MGM has done everything possible to turn customers toward their Casino competition in downtown Cleveland.
